How are Trust Deeds created?

Countless Trust Deeds are created every day across the U.S. when a property owner borrows money to either purchase or refinance a property. This happens when a Promissory Note and Mortgage or Deed of Trust (depending on your state) is recorded at the county courthouse.

In the world of 1st Trust Deed Investing, private investors make hard money or private money loans at above market interest rates to borrowers who either can't or choose not to obtain conventional financing.

The second way a Trust Deed is created is when a property owner sells their home and carries back a note. This is called seller financing or owner financing. Seller financing offers 1st Trust Deed investors a terrific opportunity to buy existing notes at a discount and often for double digit returns. See future blog posts for more information on both subjects!

Trust deeds is a deeds where real property is transferred to a trustee against a loan of property and In USA , there have a lot of trust deeds everyday. i think trust deed loan is better than a bank loan investment.
